HOW WE WORK

Specified. Documented. Delivered.

Specification-matched sourcing, export-ready documentation, pre-shipment control and coordinated full-reefer CIF delivery.

01

1. Send Your Requirement

Tell us what the shipment needs to meet. This may include product, grade, weight range, cleaning and processing requirements, defect tolerances, packaging, quantity, destination port and Incoterm.

Your specification or requirement. A defined requirement gives both parties a clearer basis for product evaluation and quotation.
02

2. Specification Confirmation

The requirement is translated into the product and commercial parameters against which supply can be evaluated. Where information is incomplete, relevant specification points are clarified before a supply option is treated as a match.

A clearer definition of the requirement being evaluated.
03

3. Source Matching

Relevant export-ready supply is evaluated against the requirement. BARAZ’s access to multiple supply options functions as a sourcing mechanism — not as the positioning itself. The objective is to identify Source-to-Specification Fit rather than force the requirement into one processor’s standard output.

A matched supply option, subject to availability, specification and allocation confirmation.
04

4. Commercial Confirmation

Once an appropriate option is identified, the product parameters, quantity, commercial terms and relevant CIF structure can be confirmed for the transaction.

Product fit, available capacity, commercial terms, documentation basis and proposed execution structure.
05

5. Production / Order Preparation Visibility

For active orders, BARAZ seeks to maintain direct visibility into relevant preparation or production stages. Depending on the order, dated evidence can include product, weighing/grading, packing and other agreed execution checkpoints.

Relevant evidence from your actual order — not simply generic product imagery.
06

6. Verification Before Shipment

Relevant shipment parameters are checked against the agreed requirement before loading. Third-party pre-shipment inspection can also be coordinated where required.

Relevant product/QC/inspection evidence according to the agreed verification process.
07

7. Documentation & Reefer Loading

BARAZ coordinates relevant export documentation and follows the shipment through the loading stage. Loading evidence may include relevant product, carton, loading and reefer-related checks according to the agreed process.

Documentation visibility and relevant loading evidence before departure.
08

8. CIF Shipment Coordination

BARAZ coordinates the commercial and operational parties involved in moving the shipment from origin under the agreed CIF structure.

One commercial counterparty coordinates the supply execution instead of requiring you to independently manage multiple parties at origin.
